You’d think that you would be safe driving around in the Sacramento area and surrounding cities, even if you happen to pass a baseball park and have your windshield on your car broken.
However, you would be surprized just how often one of those kids hits the baseball – literally – “out of the park”. What’s more, you would be surprized at how often that baseball happens to hit someone’s windshield – and it could be yours. What a bummer!!! Click 2 Call
Of course, it’s not always the windshield that it hits. It can be the rear window, or any of the door windows.
It’s Not Always A Baseball That Breaks Your Windshield
And it’s not always a baseball. Very often you can be just driving down the highway minding your own business when a flying stone or rock kicked up by the wheel of another vehicle comes towards you and hits (usually in this case) the windshield. If you are lucky, it may only cause a small chip. If you are unlucky, then you have a crack across the whole of the windshield, and the only answer is a new windshield.
Even if you only have a small chip, it needs to be fixed because, if you leave it as it is, then it can easily develop into a crack. You think to yourself that it’s only a small chip, so you’ll get it fixed at the weekend. By the weekend you have a crack and instead of a minor repair you need a new windshield.

Sacramento Get Your Windshield Fixed
When you get a broken or damaged glass windshield, it’s not the time to worry about HOW it got damaged. The answer is to get it fixed. This is especially true if you have a crack in the windshield, as the police may well take the view that you are driving dangerously because your vision is impaired. Then you can find yourself in court facing a huge fine and possible loss of your driving license. It is simply not worth taking the risk.
Not only that, there is always the chance – albeit small – that the windshield could implode, which means that you could finish up with hundreds of small pieces of glass flying at your face. Now that is a truly terrifying thought.
Don’t take chances! When you have any sort of windshield damage – even if it only seems minor, bring it to Erick and let him take a look.
